About the app
Photo Transfer is a web app provided by RYOTA UEMATSU for organizing photos, videos, PDFs, and notes and transferring them between devices. It is currently a development version. Start with sample photos, keep a separate backup, and do not use the app as the only copy of important photos.
Storage and backups
Storage is an ordinary folder selected in a supported computer browser or local browser storage on each device. The operator does not keep a copy of your records or provide recovery of lost records. Back up important records separately and check that exported files were saved. Editing, moving, or deleting folder files with other tools can affect the app.
Supported environments
A browser supporting camera and storage features and a secure context (HTTPS or development localhost) are required. Use Chrome or Edge on a computer for direct folder access. Safari on Mac can use browser storage. Start in Chrome on Android; on iPhone and iPad, add the app to your Home Screen from Safari before setup. Limits vary by device, browser, available storage, and settings.
Transfers and connectivity
You initiate device transfers and approve a matching code on both devices. Loading the site, updates, and connection signaling require network access. Keep the app open on both devices during transfer. Transfers cannot complete on a network that prevents a direct device connection. Transfers do not provide automatic synchronization. If a direct connection is unavailable, you can also exchange an encrypted transfer file.
Material you use
Make sure you have the rights and permissions needed to capture, import, and transfer your material. Choose storage and sharing destinations appropriately when it contains information about other people. Before transferring, check the receiving device, selected albums and files, and matching confirmation code.
External AI and tools
You can transfer, organize, annotate, and compare photos without AI. If you choose external AI or another tool, you set it up and decide what it can access. Its subscription, charges, and data transmission are subject to its own terms. Review externally modified files and generated content before applying them. The app does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results.
Availability and changes
Operation on every device, a fixed storage capacity, permanent retention, uninterrupted service, and fully offline operation are not guaranteed. Features and file formats may change during development. Necessary changes will be explained in the app or on this website. These terms do not limit rights granted by applicable law.
